weirdness
I dont really know why i titled this post weirdness, but i think it was somthing to do with the weird pink sky and the whole randomness of this post...
And yet here is another bridle from my little 'factory', its a tan and brown grackle bridle woth silver hardware, tongue buckles and at the moment-no reins!!

The bridle factory
Its been a long week in the bridle factory and production is increasing......
Black rolled leather double bridle with tongue buckles and white padded noseband. The cheekpeices and noseband all fasten over the horses poll on this bridle giving the head a clean and uncomplicated profile.
Another rolled leather bridle this time in brown and a jumper style. The pics are pretty rubbish and dont do any of the tack justice but hey ho thats cameras and all other aspects of modern technology for you! =]

dressage!!
This picture was taken at the pony club area 14 dressage championships at romsey showground bout 2 months ago an i have just uncovered it kiking about in a drawer.
And yeeess before you all say Twilight {the horse} is tubby, take into consideration he is 20 and still has ALL his manhood, so that is my reason for the tub =]. It isnt the best pic of him in the world but i like it strangely, Twilight seems relaxed and is actually consentrating on his job (joys) and is not worrying about where his head is at like all these advanced horses you see being hyperflexed. Nono, not Twit, he will barely get his nose on the vertical as he was taught the old fashioned way-'as long as the horse carries himself and is not yanking the riders arms out in the foreboding battle for flexion, then he's good'- quote from my ex-trainer, she was rather 'traditional' shall we say? ;) until next time.......

The 'show' report.....
Well i dont have a show report at all really! unfortunately i have been ill all bloomin weekend, not fair! I didnt get the cance to go to the competition as i was too ill, and after all the effort put in to learn my test and get the horse ready aswell, so i have been sat on the sofa wrapped up in a blanket fo the past 2 days. Yesterday i finally felt vaguely well enough to get outta bed and work on some tack that has been sat unfinished in a box for months!!
I have now got lots of newly finished bridles, and will upload some pics soon but for now heres a vague discription on what has been finished! -----> 1. Traditional sized rolled leather snaffle bridle in black with gold hardware, tongue buckles, laced reins and white padded noseband with a flash. 2. Black leather raised grackle bridle with a cast pelham bit complete with roundings, laced reins, stud hooks to bit and a 5-point breastplate/martingale combo. 3. Brown leather raised and padded snaffle bridle with tan laced reins and gold tongue buckles, i like this bridle, it was nice and simple to make! 4. last but not least, A brown leather polo bridle, complete with standing martingale, breastplate and tongue buckles.......im gonna add the pics real soooonn....
