Hi!! :)

Well the firt thing i guess i should say is hi! Im new to this blogging thing and thought it would be something else to do in my free time apart from riding!!
A little about me;
Im a 15 year old girl who has an obsession with riding and an addiction to model horse tackmaking! It all started wen i was 7 and i got my first breyer horse for a birthday present. I loved playing with it and longed for a set of tack for him so that my countless numbers of barbie dolls could ride him, and then one day my dad gave me some leftover vinyl peices [the sort used to cover kitchen chairs] some scissors and a pritt stick. I was overjoyed because the contents in my hands were just enough for me to make my first tack set for my lonely little breyer. I didn't know at the time, but what i had just made sparked off an obsession with making miniature tack!
Through the years as my collection of horses rapidly grew, so did the size of my tack box! Every horse had to have his own set of tack, hung up neatly on named saddle and bridle racks. Then about 3 years back, i discovered rio rondo!! I couldnt belive my eyes as i scoured through the vast pages of hardware.....i had no idea that tackmaking was such a big hobby!
I first purchased on of rio's kits, and after doing so my tackmaking skills took a giant leap forward! Since then i have uncovered many other places specializing in model horse tackmaking supplies, including the unicorn woman, sulser saddlery and many more!
I currently make various types of bridles [as i am still trying to master the art of decent pattern making and cannot make saddles all that well!!] and they are frequently for sale on ebay.
